Bring your bike along to Kirkcaldy YMCA Gallatown Hub (Gallatown Bike Hub ) for a free check-up from Dr Bike on Wednesday 15th April, 10am - 12pm.

We can carry out basic bike checks, tune-ups and repairs and give you advice on how to keep your bike running smoothly throughout the year.

If you can't make it on Wednesday, don't worry! We will be popping back on 20th May and 17th June.

We will help you improve your confidence, health and wellbeing by taking account of your circumstances, challenges and ambitions for the future. Everyone who takes part in breaking the cycle will receive confidential advice, be provided with 1 on 1 support and given access to activities and training that may lead to certificates, qualifications, voluntary or paid employment.
