🔵⚫️ Wee Blues U12 Graduation Night 🔵⚫️

Last night, our graduating Wee Blues U12s came together to celebrate everything they have achieved over the years and to mark their official move into the Youth Section.

The players were proudly presented with their club ties by President George Shields, a special moment and a symbol of the next chapter in their rugby journey.

There were plenty of laughs during the coaches’ court session, and a heartfelt thank you from young Pete on behalf of the players rounded off a fantastic evening.

While this group will leave a huge hole in the Wee Blues section, we are incredibly excited to see what they can achieve in the Midi Section. They have been a credit to themselves, their families and the club, and we know they will continue to grow and thrive both on and off the pitch.

A huge thank you to all the coaches, volunteers, parents and supporters who have helped these players along the way. Your commitment has played a massive part in their development and success.

Good luck, we are proud of everything you have achieved so far and can’t wait to see what comes next! 💙🏉

To celebrate National volunteers week. #

At Kirkcaldy Rugby Club, so much of what we achieve on and off the pitch is only possible because of the incredible volunteers who give their time, energy and passion to our club.

To our coaches, team managers, trustees, committee members, match-day helpers, bar staff, grounds team, first aiders, drivers, fundraisers, age-grade coordinators, and everyone who works behind the scenes – thank you.

Whether you're organising fixtures, washing kit, serving food and drinks, helping at events, managing teams, supporting players, maintaining facilities, or helping shape the future of the club, your dedication makes a real difference.

Volunteering often goes unseen, but it never goes unnoticed. Every hour you give helps create opportunities for players of all ages, strengthens our rugby community, and keeps the spirit of Kirkcaldy Rugby Club thriving.

On behalf of all our players, members, supporters and families, thank you for everything you do. You are the heart of our club.
💙🤍

In July, one of our Blues family, Katelynn, is taking part in the mammoth LooseHedz 24/7s Challenge – this involves 2 teams of 12 players attempting to create a new World Record for a continuous rugby 7’s game (currently standing at 24hrs and 30mins). The Event takes place at Sandbach Rugby Club on 24-25 July.

Don’t be fooled by the blues skies, but it’s fair to say the Scottish summer weather didn’t dampen the spirits of our Tartan Touch players ! 💙🏉

Well done to everyone that turned up in the rain, and apologies, but I didn’t manage to get a photo of the young team that started at 18:30 🫣

Same time next week, see you all there…..
