Jenna has been absolutely smashing it and it shows! She just recently completed her first 8 week bootcamp and the results were insane. Here’s to the next 8 weeks I can’t wait to see what you achieve. Here is what she has to say about her experience:
‘I started classes at JC Club when my little one was 2 months old. To be honest, I was really nervous about turning up and even getting out of the house in those early postpartum days, but I’m so glad I did.
What I love most is how baby-friendly the classes are. In the beginning my baby always wanted to be held, and Jo and Kelly were happy to adapt exercises so I could wear the carrier and still take part. There’s never any pressure if you need to stop for a feed, change a nappy, or settle your baby – everyone is in the same boat and completely understands.
The bootcamp has such a lovely, supportive community. The WhatsApp group is always full of encouragement, and it’s been great meeting other mums going through the same stage of life. It’s also really lovely seeing everyone succeed and watching all the babies grow alongside each other.
Whether you join for the full bootcamp or just come along to classes, it’s such a positive way to get moving again, build confidence, and have a little bit of time that’s just for you. The results have been amazing, but even more than that, it’s helped me feel like myself again.
