Yoga therapy for Digestive Health
To complete my training and gain certification I need to design and teach a class and receive feedback from the participants. Does anyone know someone who might be willing to take part in a free 2 hour workshop in August? In addition to people with bowel conditions this focus may be helpful to people with symptoms of stress, anxiety and mild depression. We completed our 108 and are delighted to say we raised £210 and four large bags of food which Jan will deliver to the foodbank tomorrow. Well done ladies and thank you to those who donated so generously. Have a great Christmas everyone and we look forward to seeing you again in 2023 x

We're delighted to let you know we're holding a fundraiser for Kirkcaldy Foodbank (with their approval and permission to add their logo to this post). On Wednesday 21 December between 6.30 and 8.30pm we plan to complete 108 Sun Salutations, a challenging but meditative practice ... link below to a Travis Eliot clip talking you through 36. Jan is offering training/come and give it a try sessions free of charge alternate Wednesdays until the week before the event. If you'd like to come and try one you'd be very welcome. Registration is open on our Bookwhen page, we are asking participants to donate the price of a drop-in class so £7. When we've completed the 108 refreshments including, large chunks of restorative cake, will be provided as a thank you. If you'd like to come along this Wednesday to give it a try do please let me know.

Hey everyone, hope this finds you all well and enjoying the sunshine. It's been a hectic Spring, a little quieter at the moment so you will get into a class if you're minded to start back. We're open all summer so hope to catch up with you at some point. The Gozo retreat is definitely going ahead in November, half of the spaces are taken so those of you who have expressed an interest might you confirm if you intend coming, please? Plans afoot for a new strand to our community, another passion of mine ... more about that soon.
