Congratulations kian Taylor, and Mat Collins on there amazing performance on the boxers booth home show in Glasgow this afternoon.
First up Kian 75k. Making his boxing debut! wow what a fight!!! You did not want to blink! Big shots from both men in the 1st!! I had his opponent just edging the 1st round. So we needed to go all out in the second!! and that he did! Amazing work from kian in the 2nd, was a big round! 1each going into the 3rd! you could not spilt them!! Very unlucky for our Boxer not to get the decision, loses on split decision, could have went either way..What a fight 👏 A special mention to kian, for the amazing hard work he has put in at the club, coming from 99kilos to now just having a fight at 75k some effort 👏 welldone🥊
Next up for linktown, was Mat Collins in the super heavyweight division, also making his amateur debut this afternoon✅️. Mat was a late replacement, for this bout, With only 10 days notice, he jumped at the chance to box for the club, showing he was game for the challenge, and ready to turn up and fight!! And fight he did!! Amazing performance sticking with the game plan and came out on top getting the win! Welldone lads proud coach's✅️. Amazing performances, thanks to boxers booth for having us on🥊🥊
