Kirkcaldy Jujitsu Kirkcaldy School of JuJitsu has moved to the Raeburn Hall, Raeburn Crescent Kirkcaldy, KY2 5QQ. Sensei Chapman was awarded his 6th Dan in 2013 .

Sensei Alex Chapman has over 40 years experience of training in ju jitsu and is now a 6th Dan black belt, quite a considerable achievement. Sensei Chapman was awarded his first dan black belt in 1981 and began his instructional career shortly thereafter in Cowdenbeath taking over the reins in Kirkcaldy in 1986. Alex is supported by several other black belts in the Kirkcaldy School so there is no s

hortage of help and support on the mat. Dean started training in ju-jitsu in 1997 achieving Dan grade status in 2005. In 2017 Dean achieved the rank of 4th Dan. Dean also coaches the Kirkcaldy School's kids class, the Little Lions, on a Sunday morning. (https://www.facebook.com/kdyjujitsulittlelions)

Steve took to the mat in 2006 achieving 1st Dan in 2011 and 2nd Dan in 2014. Steve achieved his 3rd dan in 2018. Steve brings a wealth of experience to the mat and thrives on helping new students. Steven joined us in 2007 to satisfy aspects of the Duke of Edinburgh award he was undertaking and has been with us ever since. He achieved 1st Dan in 2014 and his current grade, 2nd Dan, in 2016.
