Kirkcaldy & Dysart FC 20s Previously known as Kirkcaldy Inter, the team was formed in 2012 and is based in Kirkcaldy. We were proud to join the Kirkcaldy Community Football Partnership.

🔴⚫ NEW UNDER 20s MANAGEMENT TEAM APPOINTED 🔴⚫

We are delighted to welcome Wayne Carroll and Stevie Mellon to Kirkcaldy & Dysart FC as our new Under 20s management team.

Wayne and Stevie join the club after leading the 2008 Raith Rovers Community team since 2016, guiding the players through the age groups and helping develop a talented group of young footballers.

Wayne brings a wealth of experience and will continue in his important role with the Raith Rovers Community Foundation as Trustee and Secretary. Stevie joins after many years working alongside Wayne as assistant coach, while also coaching at grassroots level and continuing to play over-35s football… although we’re hearing retirement may finally be calling!

We are excited to have both of them on board and look forward to seeing them continue the development of our young players as part of the club’s pathway.

We would also like to place on record our sincere thanks to James Burke for his hard work, dedication and commitment to the Under 20s over a number of years.

James has devoted countless hours to helping develop young players and supporting their progression, and his contribution to both the squad and the wider club has been greatly appreciated.

We’re proud to officially launch the Kirkcaldy Community Football Partnership in the public domain – a collaborative project bringing local clubs together to strengthen grassroots football across Kirkcaldy and the surrounding communities.

This partnership brings together:

• Kirkcaldy & Dysart FC
• Kirkcaldy & Dysart FC 20s
• Kirkcaldy & Dysart YMCA AFC
• Templehall United
• Kirkcaldy FC Youths

Along with coaches, volunteers, parents and the wider community, all working together with one shared purpose: to create better opportunities for players now and for generations to come.

Our aims are clear:

✅ Improve local football facilities and access to quality pitches
✅ Build strong youth development pathways into senior football
✅ Increase participation across all age groups
✅ Secure long-term investment into grassroots sport
✅ Create a sustainable future for community football in Kirkcaldy

The long-term ambition is to develop a true community football hub - modern, inclusive facilities that serve clubs, schools and families across the town.
