6 months transformation for Hannah

Hard work and dedication✨

We’ve managed to create healthy habits and lifestyle changes to help loose body fat but at the same time still enjoy that cheat meal at the weekend. As you can see around her stomach has tighten up and upper back.

Hannah has now smashed her goal of being able to rack pull 100kg.

9 weeks of hard work complete

Start weight 68.7kg
End weight 58.8kg

1st 8lb lost in total

This challenge is exactly what I needed at the start of the year to get me back into shape after half arsing it throughout the winter months.

Before starting this challenge I had lost all motivation in the gym and felt so unhappy with my body image.

Massive thanks to for helping me through the 9weeks.

Client progress pics

Hannah’s been back training with me for a month now and here’s her results. Shes back exercising 3 times per week and back in that calorie deficit. When Hannah stopped training with me she wasn’t in a routine and found it hard to stay motivated.

Here’s some of her measurements she’s lost so far:

Bust: 0.4inch
Waist:0.9inch
Belly/waist: 1.9inch
Thigh: 1.3inch
Arms: 0.8 inch

Here are some of my pervious clients progress pictures and results.

I just wanted to give you all a little update. I’ll now be returning to Puregym full time as of the 14th august and will be offering the following 1-1 personal training, group sessions and also classes.

12 week difference from another one of my clients. Lorraine is now attending the gym 4/5 times per week and loving it.

I absolutely cannot believe her progress not only has she lost weight and toned up but her strength, overall fitness & health has improved so much!

CELEBRATING 2 YEARS!!!2️⃣ 🙌

How fast have the last 2 years gone?! We can't believe it!

On Wednesday 31st August from 12pm, we want to celebrate with our members and staff in the gym throughout the day. We'll have events on in the afternoon, competitions, tasters, sweet treats etc! 🍰 🎂

Muscle building transformation

Here’s a 6 week muscle building transformation from one of clients. Liam came to me six weeks ago wanting to gain weight and muscle this has always been something he had struggled with in the past and thought it would be impossible for him to achieve this.

During these last few weeks Liam has stuck to the program we set, upped his calories and hit his daily protein target.

He is now confident enough to attend the gym on his own and has no issues carrying out certain exercises alone.

6 weeks difference from another one of my lovely clients. Lorraine is now attending the gym 4/5 times per week and loving it.

I absolutely cannot believe her progress not only has she lost weight and toned up but her strength, overall fitness & health has improved so much!

Overall she has lost 4 inches round her waist, 1 inch round hips, arms, chest, and 1 1/2 inches round both thighs. 12st 9 at the start now down to 12st 4.

So bloody proud of her and I can’t wait to work together for the next 6 weeks to see what we can achieve together.

8 weeks difference between these pictures amazing progress from Hannah. Her strength has increased massively since starting 1-2-1 sessions and she has also gained so much knowledge within the gym and nutrition. Since day one she has been so motivated and worked so hard to achieve her goals.

“I didn't have confidence within the gym especially weights prior to starting PT with yourself to now going between 3-4 times a week and loving it and being able to stick to a calorie deficit, definitely seeing so many positive changes. When Greg first started personal training with me he was looking to gain muscle and improve his mental health.

These pictures are taken 8 weeks apart and he has gained 4.5kg within that time. Greg has achieved this by training 3 times per week and sticking to a specific training program.

Looking forward to what the next few weeks hold for him.
