💪 Everyone’s goals are different….. You might benefit more from 1-1 personal training which focuses solely on your specific goals and abilities, or you might find it more comfortable with friends in a small group, or even online. You might want a mixture of all of that.
Whether your goals are to be fitter, get stronger, lose weight, tone up, release stress, improve mental health, improve physical health, create time for you or just get moving. Whether you are just starting up or need to get back into the zone and just need a little guidance and motivation. You might prefer to take it at your own pace (within reason 😂) or looking for a good kick up the arse with tough workouts, nutrition guidance…. Full on hard work with 💯 effort.
