Ashfield Ladies RUFC Part of Ashfield RUFC based in Nottinghamshire. All ladies welcome to join - no experience needed. Training every Wednesday 6.30pm. All ladies are welcome!

If you've watched rugby and wanted to have a go, Ashfield Ladies is the team to join! Even if you just want a new way of getting fit and having a good time whilst doing so. We train every Wednesday at 7pm at Ashfield Rugby Club. Our league games run from September to April. We vary our training sessions around fitness and skill, for maximum involvement and progression! The ladies within our team a

re all of mixed experience, so help and advice is available at all times, and with a team of well established coaches, you're sure to see your own personal improvements. With the 25/26 season done and us well under way into pre-season for 26/27. We just wanted to take the time to say a massive THANK YOU to our amazing Captain, Co-Vice Captains, and Coaches! 🏉👏

Their dedication, leadership and energy both on and off the pitch have made this season one to remember. Thank you for setting the standards, pushing us to be our best and keeping the team spirit alive all season.

We’re looking ahead to the new season and want to keep building on what’s already been achieved. Whether you’re an experienced player, looking to get back into the game or completely new to rugby and want to give it a try, we’d love to have you join our team.
