To all members the gym is shut with immediate effect this was the last week of operating untill we find new premises due to the landlord and my self agreeing its not sensible to keep it open as the rent and rates are to high and with people not being honest and abusing they gym by not paying and wrecking the place we will find a smaller place and make it work as a 24 7 gym thanks to all the members who did support us all the way through see you again soon

To the inconsiderate person who’s taken the key yet again for the gym it needs returning within the hour or the gym will be opening hours only and no out of hour access, this is getting beyond stupid now. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused on our other lovely respectful members.

Learn new skills, techniques and general self defence? While burning off all the energy? Whilst having lots of fun? The fitness factory kirby in Ashfield NG17 2JJ
Tuesdays and Fridays 5pm till 6pm.
£3.50 per session. Under 12's only.
( over 12s come under a different age group and classes are ran separate to these ones.)

During this week there will be several days where the gym won't be staffed, members who have the code are welcome to use the gym as they please, if there's any problems or queries contact us through our page or on 07497596036, this is because we have a little girl and she need us more than you guys do💪🥰 there is a vending machine now in the premises with everything you will need. We will be in work every day but only for so many hours thank-you guys❤

We give our trust into our members to let them have a key code on the terms the gym is locked up and secure before you leave when the gym is un staffed, going in over a weekend or whatever day and leaving the gym unlocked all night isn't acceptable, this will lead to you being banned from having access 24 hours. We trust you to use our facilities and look after them and people are failing to succeed.

Both adults and children's boxing class is cancelled tonight due to kris fighting tomorrow, we will be back to normal Monday🥊🥊 we hope you all understand, kris needs a relaxing chilled night tonight focusing on him ready for tomorrow, sorry guys and we will see you back at it next week

The gym is open however there won't be any staff for a few hours, due to the inconsiderate prats that have smashed the windows were just trying to sort getting them fixed. If there's any issues contact me on 07497596036 there's vending machine for any refreshments or supplements you may need. Sorry for the inconvenience.
