💪 Simple full-body gym session to try this week

3–4 rounds of:

• 10 Dumbbell Squats
• 10 Dumbbell Shoulder Press
• 12 Seated Rows or Bent Over Rows
• 10 Walking Lunges (each leg)
• 30s Plank

Rest 60–90 seconds between rounds.

Simple sessions like this build strength, improve fitness, and work for most people.

You don’t need complicated workouts to get results.

You need consistency 🔁

There, we said it.

Walking is brilliant — but 10,000 steps isn’t a magic number.

If you hit 8,000 steps and train consistently, you’re still doing great 💪
If you hit 12,000 but sleep poorly, sit all day, and eat randomly… progress can still stall.

Numbers are useful.
But they’re not everything.

Focus on:
✔️ Overall movement
✔️ Good habits
✔️ Consistency

Not obsessing over one target.

That’s what actually drives results 🔥

Meet Jan 💪

Jan joined TTR because she wanted to:

✔ Get fitter
✔ Strengthen a weak leg
✔ Lose weight

But her story goes much deeper than that.

After treatment for sciatica, she was left with numbness in her leg and had to concentrate on every step to stop herself dragging her foot.

She knew something had to change.

Fast forward 👇

🔥 1 stone 3lbs lost
🔥 Stronger and fitter
🔥 Walking with far more confidence
🔥 Back training after surgery
🔥 Even took resistance bands on a cruise 😄

And her favourite part?

“It feels like being with a group of great friends.”

⏳ Most people quit too early.

Not because they can’t get results.
But because they expect results too quickly.

Real progress takes time.
💪 Strength takes time.
🏃 Fitness takes time.
🧠 Confidence takes time.

Most people are closer than they think… but they stop before things start to click.

Small improvements repeated consistently will always beat short bursts of motivation.

The people who succeed are usually the ones who simply kept going longer than everyone else 💪

🌿 5 ways to stay on track during social events

Summer usually means more meals out, BBQs, and social plans.
That doesn’t mean progress has to stop 👇

1️⃣ Don’t skip meals before events
2️⃣ Prioritise protein where possible
3️⃣ Stay active during the day
4️⃣ Enjoy yourself without guilt
5️⃣ Get straight back into the routine afterwards

One meal or one weekend never ruins progress.

The real key is what you do consistently over time 💪

All you need is a park bench or a bit of space 👇

3–4 rounds of:
• 15 Step-Ups
• 10 Incline Press-Ups
• 20 Walking Lunges
• 15 Bench Dips
• 30s Plank

Rest ~90 seconds between rounds.

Simple workouts like this are perfect during summer 🌿

Fresh air, movement, and no complicated equipment needed.
