▪️Cadwell Park ▪️
A good weekend at Cadwell Park, picked up some more valuable points

Race 1 we had to carry 15kg of success ballets, we had a really good start and managed to make a few places off the start and we had a good pace and finished P5.

Race 2 still carrying 15kg we had another good start but got boxed in and lost a few places we dropped back to P9 but we made our way back through to finish P6.

Happy with the results as Cadwell is a hard track to race at due to it being hard to overtake and very little room for error.

▪️Snetterton▪️
Race 1 got a really good start got up to somewhere around the top 5 and the was pushed off at turn 1 and dropped right to the back. Due to another incident just after I went off the race was put under safety car so we only got 2 racing laps we were only able to get back to P15.

Race 2 we started P15 and had 2 starts due to incidents in both, we made really good starts in both and got up to around P8 but both races red flagged due to incidents, the race was cancelled and would be rerun at the end of the day if there was time in the timetable.

Race 2 rerun, we started P15 again and as we left the holding area the heavens opened, we opted to stay on dry set up as it seems most of the people around us were changing to wet and we had nothing to loose, we made our way up to P7 happy with this considering we were on the wrong set up.

Race 3 got cancelled due to not enough time to run at end of day. This might be run at our last round at Donington.

2 very different race weekends but we move forward and try to claw some points back that we lost at Snetterton.

A good weekend at Mallory Park, picked up some more valuable points

Race 1 we still had to carry 25kg of success ballast and we were looking forward to race 2 when we could get back to weight free, we had a good race and finished P8 in race 1 and felt we had got the car into a good window for race 2. Race 2 we started P3 and we had a brilliant race to finish P2.

Currently 2nd in the championship.

‼️Silverstone Results‼️

⏱️ Qualified - P15
🏁 Race 1 - P12
🏁 Race 2 - P15

Due to winning 2 races at Brands we had to carry success ballast of 25kg per win totalling 50kg for Silverstone.

This had a big impact on us and affected the whole weekend. We still have to carry 25kg for Qualifying and Race 1 at Mallory Park.

Despite the poor results from Silverstone we are still 3rd in the Championship 🏁

The Tegiwa Type R Trophy continues on Saturday with a double header on the Silverstone National Circuit.

Ross Boorman leads the championship points standings after two victories at the Brands Hatch season opener. He is just nine points ahead of round one winner, Trafford King.

Richard Jones, Richard Lindsay, Dale Wherton and Kai Lindsay are close behind after all picking up podiums. Former race winner Joseph Dalgarno will be amongst those looking to bounce back at Silverstone after a difficult first weekend.

After scoring his first victory in the Tegiwa Type R Trophy at Brands Hatch, Ross Boorman is the early championship leader after the first event of the season.
