👫 Who are we? 👫

Max is a tennis coach coaching in the area for more than 15 years, who’s also spend his whole childhood on a football pitch.
Marie is a personal trainer and a yoga instructor for more than 3 years, has got a degree in Sport Management and Health Education.
We’re also have some amazing helpers to assist with our sessions and to make sure everyone is safe.

⛹️‍♀️What to expect? ⛹️‍♀️

We’re going to make little groups and each group will have a session of tennis, football, fitness training and a yoga class. There will also be some free play (supervised) and in the afternoon we will do some crafts (t-shirts painting) so we can slow down after a whole morning full of sport.
Through the day there’s also going to be a little talk about our nutrition, what should we eat before our training etc., how much sugar there’s in drinks etc. (age appropriate).
