🏏 Fundraiser T20 & BBQ – This Friday! 🍔

This Friday we welcome KL Rugby Club to the club for a T20 fixture, and it promises to be a fantastic evening of cricket, food, and community spirit.

We’re currently raising funds towards the installation of an artificial pitch. Thanks to a generous pledge of £6,000 from Sport England, we’re already underway, but we need to match that funding ourselves to make the project a reality. This event is the first of several fundraisers planned to help us reach our target.

The BBQ will be fired up with burgers available throughout the evening, and the bar will be open, so come down, bring your friends and family, and enjoy what should be a great atmosphere.

Your support will make a huge difference, and we’d love to see plenty of people there!

KLRUFC came together this past Friday evening to celebrate an amazing and successful season across our senior teams; with our 1st XV being crowned Cumbria Counties Champions, our 2nd XV gaining an unexpected promotion to the Impact Division 1 and our Colts winning their Preliminary League B and then a highly commendable fourth place finish in Conference League A.

A fantastic night was enjoyed by all. Massive thanks to everyone at the club who organised such a belter of a night!!!
