Kircubbin Sailing Club Kircubbin Sailing Club, set on the shores of Strangford Lough in the small village of Kircubbin, is an RYA affiliated sailing club.

Our members are keen sailors who enjoy racing and cruising on the water and the many social events run on shore.

Join us for a fantastic day at Killyleagh Regatta this Saturday !

⛵ Racing starts: 1:30pm
🍺 Bar open: 3:30pm until late
🎵 Live music: 8:00pm by Lost Highway

Whether you're racing, supporting from the shore, or just looking for a great day out, everyone is welcome!

Thanks to Strangford Sailing Club and Portaferry Sailing Club for organising and hosting the 2026 Narrows Series and Bar Buoy Race.

There was some great sailing across four days, one of the best spots of sailing weather we’ve had in a while.

Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Thanks to all those who supported, attended and competed in this year's regatta. A good number of boats braved the early afternoon's weather and had some spirited racing.

Brisk conditions for the regatta today - reading westerly about 18-20 knots in the bay.

Some lovely bright spells though - keep up with the sunscreen.
