Kippen Bowling Club held there annual Jack Hay triples competition today 30th August 2026 .
Many thanks to our sponsors Andrew Anderson &Son (Funeral Directors).
Ross Anderson and Jim Sneddon were both present to watch the proceedings.
Getting through to the group finals it was Donald Retson. Mo MacColl and Peter Gibbb who were presented the Jack Hay trophy by Jim Sneddon .
Many thanks to all our catering staff for providing a refreshing lunch and afternoon tea and lots of home baking.
May I also take this opportunity to thank Anne Mackay for her valued service of doing the raffle and helping us on the day .

Ladies bowling day at Kippen was once again blessed with fantastic sunshine 🌞 and fabulous ladies bowlers .
Winners of the round Robin competition was Sandra Hillhouse and Roseann H Ditch .
Many thanks to our gentlemen bowlers for doing all the serving of food and washing up .
Thank you also to Anne Mckay for doing the raffle ,also to Glen and tom for the lovely soups (home made ) delicious. And Mo for her touch of wimbledon Strawberry Tarts yum yum 😋..

Today our competition was sponsored by J D Bilsland Fuels .
Tha McNaughton Mixed Trophy Triples it was won by J.McKenzie, Dorcas McKenzie and Mary Gordon.
Runners up Ian Kelso,Campbell Milne and Roseann Ditch, it was a very tight finals and was enjoyed by all .
Many thanks to everyone who played , it was a beautiful day for playing bowls, great raffle and wonderful hospitality .

Thank you to all who joined us on a Beautiful sunny day at Kippen Bowling Club, for the mixed pairs competition Jack Dunlop Trophy ..
Winners were Duncan Stott and Mary Gordon from Buchanan Arms Drymen, runners up were Paul and Audrey Corrieri from Callander Bowling Club. Trophy was presented by Jack's daughter Moira .
Thank you to everyone for a wonderful day ,especially all who helped serve the wonderful food and helped to make everything run smoothly.

Kippen Bowling Club Presentation and Fun day at Fintry Sports Club on 23rd Nov.1.30/2pm start ,
£25 per person includes Bowling and a meal . There is a raffle also.
Menu, Lasagna, or Fish and chips,or Salad . Apple pie,and cream or ice cream, or Cheese Board.
Open day to members, family and friends.
