Evening Kintore and anyone else that works in Kintore or would plan on using a gym in Kintore, we need your help.

We have a planning application in with the council that closes for comment tonight. I would appreciate that if you want a gym in Kintore you could show your support by filling out a verrrry quick form in support of it. Just fill out your details - tick support - and leave a quick comment on why its a good idea to add a gym to the community.

Not much to update today, lat pulldown and cable machine partly up, finish after painters have been so they're mobile. Heavy duty benches assembled. Some sexy coloured plates taken out. Power has finally been put on 🎉🎉 we have lights, amazing.
