Just some relevant information regarding our lessons for those that are new to us.
β‘οΈ Q. How many are in your classes?
A. Our independent classes are maxed at three for preschool and four for older age groups.
β‘οΈ Q. Do you teach in the water?
A. Yes, all the Little Starfish Swimming teachers have certified qualifications and teach lessons in the water.
β‘οΈ Q. How long are weekly lessons?
A. Each weekly lesson runs for 30 mins.
β‘οΈ Q. Do parents have to be able to swim to attend our parent and child lessons?
A. Little Starfish Swimming would never ask an adult to swim outwith their comfort zone.
β‘οΈ Q. How old can we start lessons?
A. Babies can start lessons with Little Starfish Swimming from 12 weeks.
β‘οΈ Q. What do we need to bring to lessons?
A. All children must wear appropriate swimwear plus bring goggles. All other floatation devices and toys are provided.
β‘οΈ Q. What time of lessons do you provide?
A. We offer parent and child, independent preschool, independent classes and 1-2-1.
β‘οΈ Q. How do you operate bookings?
A. All blocks coincide with the school terms and we pause for each holiday period plus half term in February and some inservice days. Payments must be received before your first class and by the deadline shown on your booking details.
β‘οΈ Q. Who is in the teaching team?
A. The Little Starfish Swimming Team consists of Sarah, Kerrie, Holly, Leanne, Lorna and Robbie.
β‘οΈ Q. How do parents get updates about lessons?
A. Parents / guardians must join the relevant pages to receive updates and information. These can be found via the page. Look for either Dollar, Lochgelly or Perth lessons.
