🔵🟡 Otters Open Assessments 🟡🔵

If your swimmer has completed SS3 and is interested in joining a fun and active swimming club, we now have space in our Foundation squad (entry level). Complete the form in the comments section to book a spot at the try outs.

The process is as follows:

- complete the form by Sat 20 June
- we’ll email you back by Mon 22 June with a time slot
- come along to your allocated slot on Sun 28 June
- we’ll be back in touch within a week of your assessment with feedback and either a start date or a recommendation to keep going with swimming lessons.

🌿Chair Yoga & Meditation🌿

🧘‍♀️Join Anna for a gentle seated Movement & Meditation session and discover the power of movement and mindfulness, even while seated! Chair yoga is a gentle, accessible practice perfect for all ages and fitness levels. We move through various yoga poses using the chair for support, working the body from head to toe and incorporate some standing poses with the chair to improve balance and core strength. We end each session with guided meditation.

🔥Body Conditioning is an all-encompassing workout that focuses on toning and strengthening the entire body. This class typically involves a mix of resistance training, bodyweight exercises and cardio movements designed to build muscle, enhance endurance and improve overall fitness..

🌿 Yoga is an ancient practice that incorporates gentle exercise, breathe control and meditation. The health benefits of regular yoga practice may include lowering blood pressure, improved posture and circulation, and a sense of wellbeing🌿

We're looking for outgoing individuals to join our venue team at Live Active Loch Leven and Loch Leven Community Campus. You'll be part of a trained team ensuring the safety of customers by encouraging safe recreation and activity, while delivering a high standard of service.

If you take pride in delivering great customer service and enjoy working as part of a friendly team, we'd be keen to hear from you!

A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is essential. PVG Membership is required.
