McGregor Racing

McGregor Racing McGregor Racing is in the ochill hills above Milnathort, with some stunning views. Being a smaller yard more time can be given to each individuals needs.

We are in a purpose built yard with 20 stables, with 800+ acres to play on, 2 grass gallops, Flat, hill and circular, a wood chip arena for dressage work and jumping. Facilities to take youngsters to store for the future to the older wiser individuals who maybe need a change of scenery to freshen up.

Oh a bit of a no starter day!

Trish got kicked at the started, and was fine for the first 4 hurdles and then felt it.
She is sound and jogged up A1 for return home!

Rambo is a bit annoyed he’s had a day out but didn’t get to party.
It was far too soft for him so he will wait for his “Good” ground!!!

Both going home to get ready for a different day!

Oh look that’s us come out of hibernation, and have some entries for Perth next week!!

The bogs have dried so it’s time to kick on for a summer campaign!

Ivynator is in the race he was 2nd in this meeting last year.
Nuffingbutdatruth will hopefully make her hurdles debut.
She has been away and done some x-country schooling, and jumped everything asked!

KGB was going to go to this meeting too, but we feel he needs another few weeks, and will be out the start of June!

We still have Betty looking for her forever home.

And the show ring will be busy this year with Brian, magic, & Tanner all putting there there dancing shoes on!

The ground is going to be wet and hopefully sloppy like, which she should get through.
She is fresh and well, and has some shine to her.

Last bumper before she goes hurdling, it’s all about experience again today.

We have been quietly keeping the wheels turning in the background!

We have a couple entered for Ayr next Wednesday,
King Gold Boy & Nufinbutdatruth - we are likely to just be taking the bumper horse, and wait another couple weeks for musselbrugh to start with KGB, along with Ivynator!
