Member Spotlight!!

With the Hyrox World Championships kicking off in Stockholm, Sweden today we would just like to wish one of our TriFit family all the very best!

Hjordis Hill has always been pleased to see a run in the workout. So, when Hyrox was mentioned - an event pairing runs and standard Tri-Fit exercises - she was intrigued. After a couple of ‘test’ events, she entered the mass Hyrox in Glasgow in March. Anonymous in the crowd, Hjordis not only destroyed personal expectations, she won her (she won’t mind me saying)
65-69 yrs age group. Next stop, the World Hyrox Championships, in Stockholm!

We at TriFit are very proud of you Hjordis Hill now go and tear it up but most of all enjoy yourself. Look forward to hearing all about it💪🏼

Member Spotlight🚨

Kate Blake who won the British Masters W45
Heptathlon title at the weekend in Edge Hill.

Winning a British Masters Heptathlon is a significant achievement. The W45 heptathlon consists of seven events over two days:

* 80m hurdles
* High jump
* Shot put
* 200m
* Long jump
* Javelin
* 800m

Well done we look forward to seeing what medals you come home with next👏🏼

TRIFIT 12 hour workout fundraiser raffle prizes 🤞🏻

We are holding our annual 12 hour workout on Sunday 28th of June.

We have proudly raised around 12k over the last 2 years for different charities and hoping to have another great year!

This year we are raising money for a defibrillator and anything above this will be donated to CHAS & Andy’s man club.

We are looking to create a raffle with some great prizes, are there any local businesses that could kindly donate anything to our raffle?
