Hi Folks just to let everyone know that Rebellion Gym is closing for refurbishment over the summertime. I am looking at continuing classes at the Badenoch Centre starting mid July, details to follow. Meanwhile Leona Taylor and Robbie Macpherson run classes in Aviemore and Neil Sanderson runs a class in Grantown on a Thursday and Aviemore on a Friday so folks shouldn't be stuck for training!

It might be a touch tepid in the gym this evening... indoor trainers and trackies recommended for the warm up. After that, trust me you wont need them :)

Hi Folks

In March last year Rebellion Gym opened on the High Street in Kingussie. To mark our anniversary Guy from the Griphouse will brave the A9 and do a seminar on Saturday 1st March at 2pm. Its £15 per person and spaces are limited so PM me if you want to come.
