Since 14 I have been lifting weights, coaching sport and instructing physical fitness and exercise. From this age I have been studying sports sciences, working with athletes and have undertook several qualifications to develop myself as strength and performance coach. I have a keen interest in sports science and health and fitness and continue to develop my knowledge through regular research and e
ducation. I have a huge interest in sports performance and have a background in developing and delivering individualised and sports specific training programmes. I have also studied at further education the physiological and psychological aspects towards exercising and health, including how to help people with physical and psychological illnesses through exercise and physical activity. Personally I have always trained for sports performance and development and have competed in both team and individual sports. As a coach I embody hard work and effort from athletes, and myself and use effective and current training methods. I have worked with numerous clients and have trained people to achieve a wide range of goals such as:

Through undertaking strength and conditioning courses and through my educational background I can train and programme exercise for athletes from any sport.
