Our kid's classes are always based around fun and encouragement, whilst giving children t

he grounding and discipline that can help them in life outside of Inferno, as well as pushing them to achieve within the sport. All instructors fully DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked. Our beginners class times are as follows:

Monday 5:30 - 6:30 - Mini Martial Arts (ages 4-5
Tuesday 6:30 - 7:30 - Kids beginners (ages 6-13)
Tuesday 7:30 - 8:30 - Adults beginners (ages 14+)

Just a quick reminder that we are closed this week. All classes back to normal next week.

Happy New Year to all our members and famies! Just a reminder that all classes resume as normal tomorrow. Anyone who should have had a class today (Monday classes) can train tomorrow at 6.30 till 7.30 if you would like to.

As the weather is very hot again today please ensure all children/adults attending tonight have plenty of cool water to stay hydrated.

If upon arriving this evening the temperature in the unit is too high for sparring in the kids class, we can do some alternative activities without wearing pads.

Due to the extreme weather warning over the next few days, I feel that the sensible thing to do is to close the club on Monday and Tuesday. The temperatures are forecast to reduce later in the week so sparring will be on as normal on Friday. Sorry for any inconvenience.

As its Bank Holiday on Monday and most people aren't available to train we will be CLOSED but all Monday classes will move to the same times on Wednesday. Can I also please remind those students who have started sparring again to amend their standing order to £40 please.

Reminder that sparring classes start again tomorrow. Kids 6pm to 6.50pm and Adults 7pm to 7.50pm. Please remember to bring your pads as we wont be able to share any pads. We are still doing 50 minute classes for now to allow time for cleaning and to ensure there is no crossover between classes. Please ensure that you always sanitise your hands when you come into the club and don't forget your drink!

We will be CLOSED on Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th July. Sparring classes will resume from Friday 30th July for both Kids and Adults. Kids 6pm to 6.50pm and Adults 7pm to 7.50pm. More info on the sparring classes to come soon.
