when creating the health factory my aim has ALWAYS been to bring the community together, to bring people together. To create a place welcoming, as safe as we can make it both for adults and families. The fitness classes have gone down a storm, so many new friends made, great support from the community so that was the first box ticked. So then the lengthy procedure of the license and making sure we
were approved buy all the 'important' people, so in went the fire system, the fire doors etc etc - boring!! but necessary to beable to get that bit of paper!! and now gym and tonic is here. We have so many toys and games, which last night went down a storm with the adults!!!! We have our programme in place of activities covering the festive time modelled on many hotel visits as a travel agent!! I love a mini disco!! A fab range of drinks and 'proper' cocktails!! at brilliant prices, everything in the cocktails made on the premises, my syrups I am a whizz at now!! no pre packed processed chemical laden stuff.
