🔴⚫️ PS OLYMPIC ACADEMY IS BACK! ⚫️🔴

The countdown is on! We are delighted to announce that PS Olympic Academy restarts on Saturday 5th September and we can't wait to welcome a new group of young footballers to the club! ⚽

📍 Venue: Crestwood School AstroTurf
🕘 Time: Every Saturday, 9:00am – 10:00am

Our Academy is designed to provide children with a fun, safe and enjoyable environment where they can develop their football skills, build confidence and make new friends.

💷 The first four sessions are just £6 per session, payable on the day. We treat these first four weeks as a settling-in period for both children and parents, giving everyone the opportunity to experience how the Academy works before committing.

After the four-week trial period, players who wish to continue will move onto a monthly subscription.

👕 Once your child moves onto a monthly subscription, they'll receive their very own PS Olympic training kit.

Throughout the season, players will continue to develop before being placed into one of our PS Olympic teams in April/May 2027. At that point, the Academy will finish for the year, and each new team will begin training during the week with their own coach. From September 2027, the teams will start competing in Sunday morning league matches, with every player also receiving a free PS Olympic match kit.

🔥 Spaces are already filling quickly, so if you're thinking about joining us, don't leave it too late!

💛🖤 What a journey. What an achievement.

A huge congratulations to one of our own, who first walked through the doors of the PS Olympic Academy as a five-year-old with a dream and a football at his feet. ⚽️

Over the past few years, we've had the privilege of watching him develop into a fantastic young player, progressing through the PS Olympic pathway with hard work, determination and a real love for the game.

Today, we're incredibly proud to announce that he has signed for Wolverhampton Wanderers! 🐺

His dad, Rob Sharp, coach of his PS Olympic team, has expressed how grateful he is to the club for providing the platform and environment that allowed his son to grow, develop and flourish. Those words mean a great deal to everyone involved at PS Olympic.

This is exactly what our club is all about – giving young players the opportunity to learn, enjoy their football and reach their full potential.

Everyone at PS Olympic is immensely proud of you and wishes you every success on the next stage of your football journey. Keep working hard, stay humble and enjoy every moment. We can't wait to see what the future holds! ❤️🖤

Another tournament day in the books for our U15 Girls! 🔴⚫️

The girls headed to the Droitwich Tournament today and came home with tired legs, red faces, and slightly lighter wallets thanks to the ice cream van! 🍦😄

There was some fantastic football on show throughout the day against some very competitive opposition. Every game was closely contested, and the girls showed great determination, teamwork, and togetherness from start to finish.

The results don't always tell the full story, and today was all about enjoying the game, developing as a team, and making memories. There were plenty of smiles, lots of laughs, and another great day representing PS Olympic with pride.

Well done, girls! ❤️🖤⚽️

🏆 What a weekend! 🏆

A huge THANK YOU to every single team that joined us for the PS Olympic 5-a-Side Tournament 2026. The standard of football, the sportsmanship, the smiles and the atmosphere across the entire weekend made it one to remember.

Congratulations to all of our age-group winners and finalists. Every team should be incredibly proud of what they achieved, and every player who stepped onto the pitch represented their club brilliantly. 👏⚽

A special thank you goes to all of the coaches who dedicate countless hours throughout the season to helping children develop, and who then gave up most of their weekend to make this tournament such a success. Your commitment doesn't go unnoticed.

We'd also like to thank our amazing PS Olympic coaches and our fantastic volunteer parents who gave up their time to help with everything from organising the event to managing the car parking. Events like this simply couldn't happen without you.

Finally, thank you to everyone who supported the tournament over the weekend. We hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did!

Tomorrow morning, the PS Olympic 5-a-Side Tournament gets underway, and we honestly couldn't be more excited to welcome every single team joining us over the weekend!

Firstly, a massive thank you to every club, coach, player and family who has entered this year's tournament. Your support means everything to us, and we're incredibly grateful to have so many teams taking part.

We are incredibly happy to have so many teams entering this year, and we're genuinely grateful to every club, coach, player and family who will be joining us this weekend.

Thank you to everybody that has entered. The support has been fantastic, and we can't wait to welcome you all for what promises to be a brilliant weekend of football, fun and memories.

TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS! 🏆

A huge congratulations to our PS Olympic U8 North team who today were crowned winners of the Kewford Eagles 5-a-Side Tournament! 🥇⚽

The boys were outstanding throughout the day, showing fantastic teamwork, determination, skill, and a brilliant attitude from start to finish. Their hard work and development over the season were on full display, and they fully deserved their success.

A special mention must also go to coaches Chris and Lee, whose commitment, dedication, and hard work continue to help these young players develop both on and off the pitch.

Well done to every single player and coach involved – you've done the club proud! 🔴⚫

Our current U9s squad is preparing for the move into U10s next season, and we're looking to strengthen an already talented group with a small number of committed, mid to high-level players.

Competing in the top division of the SDYFL, we pride ourselves on playing positive, progressive football in a fun, supportive, and ambitious environment.
