With a new mixed beginners class starting in January, now is the perfect time for the whole family to get into shape together.

Training with BMKA Kingswinford encourages discipline & respect, with an emphasis on fitness and great technique...and of course fun!

Proud to be part of the wider British Modern Karate Association, our style blends Kickboxing, Karate & Thai boxing.

The first four lessons are free, and after that are £5.00 per week - with discounts for 2 or more family members.
