One of the things I love most about teaching Pilates is seeing people discover that progress doesn't always come from doing something completely new.

Often, it's the small changes that make the biggest difference.

A different focus. A change of tempo. A pause. A prop. A new way of experiencing a familiar movement.

We revisit many of the same exercises in class, but there's always something new to learn, feel or understand about how your body moves.

That's part of what makes Pilates such a powerful practice—it grows with you.

2 years self-employed!

What started as a bit of a leap has turned into something I’m really proud of. It’s been a mix of growth, change, learning on the go — and figuring out what I want this to look like along the way.

Through all of that, one thing’s stayed the same: I still genuinely love what I do. Helping people feel stronger, move better, and build confidence in their bodies will always be the reason behind it.

A big thank you to all my clients, old and new. Whether you’ve been here from the start or just recently joined, you’ve all played a part in this in some way.

Not entirely sure what the next 2 years will look like yet — but I’m excited to keep building.
