Golden Martial Arts offers an opportunity for both children and adults to learn new self defence skills through the art of Taekwon-Do and BJJ, as well as a range of useful life skills. We offer a path to improved fitness, coordination and flexibility, alongside greater self confidence and a wider circle of friends.

A fantastic day yesterday supporting L&F at the invitational football match for Teenage Cancer Trust 2026 ⚽️ 💙

This is the 10th year anniversary of L&F and have raised close to £50,000!💙👏🏻

We would like to give a special shoutout to Luke Hall who started the mission after being diagnosed in 2016. Luke & his family have done so much for Teenage Cancer Trust and positively impacted the lives of so many. 💙

He was also promoted his 4th stripe in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to top off a fantastic day!🥋🔥

Well done to our members that took part in the match and a big thank you to all the members that came to support and watch the match! ⚽️

Congratulations to all students who took part in the BTC Championships 2026. It was fantastic to see the leading Taekwondo organisations from across the UK coming together to compete under one roof. The event showcased excellent camaraderie, determination, and competitive sportsmanship throughout the day, creating an exciting and memorable atmosphere for competitors, coaches, officials, and spectators alike.

A very special evening to start the week!🥋👑

I had the pleasure of awarding 1st & 2nd Degree Black Belt certificates to those who promoted in November 2025!🥋

All of these students worked so hard to achieve their goals and really did set a new standard for our club & their fellow lower grade peers to follow.👏🏻

I couldn't be prouder of them all. The camaraderie, energy and friendship between our group is our biggest asset! We will continue to grow, chase new goals and make excellent martial artists and even more amazing human beings!🥋❤️
