Hi guys....So today this happened! After placing 2nd & 1st in two Beginners comps I moved up to novice and came 1st in Southampton's strongest competition!! I'm buzzing!! 💪🏻

Absolutely loved this comp! Great people, great venue, brilliant organisation and learned a lot! 🙏🏻

A massive thank you to my coach Rhys for his guidance and putting me through my paces in training! And to everyone at Emp1re Gym who support and encourage me in bootcamp and the gym - you guys are just amazing!
