I teach a martial form of Nunchaku and Nunchaku V nunchaku, you can use some of the techniques, for spinning or demonstrational Nunchaku, it can be a two way street. I am presently in the Bahamas,
So if you wish to try a taster free lesson, then get in touch, there is a 5 hour time difference to the UK, so any lesson has to take this into consideration. I can do a 1 hour free lesson for you to check out how I teach and how this comes across. I would recommend casting onto a larger screen setting up the view of yourself to be the same size as the view of the Instructor. For the moment 12pm here is 5pm in the UK.

Teaching a wide range of techniques. Traditional and some integrated modern ones, however the more I study, the more it seems that, even modern techniques find their root in the traditional whether partially or completely.

The study of the Club stick side of Nunchaku combat.
This involves catches, passes and traps into this form of grip.
Club stick grip - one or both shafts, held in reverse grip at the connection end of the nunchaku.
So I have been studying this aspect for some time and adding sets of techniques. With some exercises to train with. Developing blocks and strikes and swings from this position. Ways into this grip and ways out. This opens a range far closer than other forms.
By not chasing double nunchaku an opportunity to see and develop this opened up, or became revealed. I have been working on this for around 10 years, slowly building up the techniques, whilst trying to teach this to both hands and build in safety and control.

The Basic one to one Lesson plan - £60, 4 lessons.
On a day and time that you choose, if available. Add another person for £20. This is A 1 hour lesson with a short break, in the middle so 1 hour 10 minutes max.

Club lesson plan - £50 on a fixed day and time, four lessons.
A group lesson. Duration 1 Hour 30 minutes.

Custom one to one - An arranged lesson plan to suit your needs. Price will depend on duration of the lesson & the amount lessons required per month. Minimum of £60.

SOUND- I use the sound in the rhythm of my Nunchaku techniques to correct the left side or to seek balance across the hands, in an attempt to unify the supporting role of the left or right hand which ever is incorrectly doing it's thing. Also gentle observation, so as not to change what I am observing, to correct positions of hands and returns, this must be done very carefully, quietly without fuss.

If a teacher, teaches us anything, it would be how to teach ourselves and supplying us with the tools to do so. If you can remember that, then maybe you can teach or guide others to that same truth. We each have to take that journey of self discovery. The journey begins and may never find it's completion. To master anything may be to master oneself and that may take a lifetime.
