Come join us for a Moonflow yoga class with Puja. We will have goody bags from Forest Essentials and Sweaty Betty

6.15pm - 7.45pm
An hour moon salutation flow yoga class. This will be a slow flow, accessible for all levels. Yoga and ayurveda are sister vedic sciences which we use to find our optimal health balance. The energy of the moon (soma) is recommended to calm the body and reduce excess pitta (stress, inflammation etc) in the body.
This flow is to calm the mind and prepare us for relaxation / sleep. We will include some breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation at the end of the class.
The last half hour is to share some herbal tea and talk about Ayurveda for 10 mins for tips and tricks on how to balance yourself through the food you eat.
Note that this takes place on the full moon so may be a powerful class.
