WE HAVE NOW CHANGED OUR CLASS TIMES AND AVAILABILITY ‼️

We are changing our times to Wednesdays and Thursday nights at 5:30pm and 9am on Saturday Mornings! Wednesday and saturday will be a mix of strength and sweat.
Thursday will be a lifting session focusing on strength and technique!!
