My beautiful people ❤️

As many of you know, my health hasn't been in the best condition recently. After a lot of thought, I've made the difficult decision to take some time to focus on my recovery.

It wasn't an easy decision. I'm very good at taking care of everyone around me, but not always so good at taking care of myself. Right now, I need to put my health first and give my body the time it needs to heal.

I won't be teaching any classes until the end of July. If you have any questions about class cover, please contact your leisure centre directly.

I'm truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and I hope you understand. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and continued support- it means more to me than you know.

Give me a little time, and I'll be back with my full energy, strength, and smile.

Take care of yourselves, stay safe, and I'll see you all soon.
