Hull Parkour & Freestyle gymnastics Freestyle Gymnastics & Parkour sessions run by West Hull Gymnastics @ the Tiger's Trust Arena, Walton Street, Hull. HU3 6GA

Learn skills used in Parkour, Free Running and Tricking in a safe environment.
2 sessions for 8 - 15 years. These are coached classes with appropriate stretching and strengthening exercises aiming to learn and improve skills and have fun (safely)! Our training/practice session for 16 years+ to practice and refine skills with coach input if required, is now running on Saturdays 2.45-4.00 pm.

Unfortunately the Club has been cancelled by the Arena on Saturday 23rd May. (Friday running as usual.)
We are closed for half term on Friday 29th/Saturday 30th May.
