EXERCISE OF THE WEEK: The Romanian Deadlift (RDL) 🍑🔥

Looking to build serious hamstring and glute strength while protecting your lower back? The RDL is your new best friend. Unlike a regular deadlift, the focus here is on the hinge—pushing your hips back rather than bending your knees.

How to nail your form:

Soft Knees: Keep a very slight bend in your knees (don't lock them out, but don't squat!).

Hips Back: Imagine trying to push a car door shut with your glutes.

Keep it Close: Keep the barbell or dumbbells scraping down your thighs.

Spine Neutral: Look at the floor a few feet in front of you, not up at the mirror.
