2 Weeks Fat blast Boot Camp
Whether you are trying to lose weight, get defined, fitter or build endurance, this is for you!
10 classes over 2 weeks – full body work out, blast any excess fat! I recommend the full 2 weeks in order to benefit from the maximum results, but I have added an option to take 5 classes spread over the 2 weeks if that is more suited to your lifestyle. Classes must be booke
d and paid for in full before the boot camp starts. Pay in cash, bank transfer or via Paypal.
• Classes will run Monday to Friday – both weeks. Location – Beresford Park, Beresford Avenue, Off Beverley Road Hull.
• Cost –
10 classes £30 - this includes a diet plan & measurements
5 classes (1 week or spread over the 2 weeks) £18 including diet advice
• At least 7 people must be booked on and paid for each week for the class to commence.
• Different style boot camp each day - such as, sprints, functional training, full body work outs, core strength, cardio, plyometrics.
