An amazing turn out once again, for today's Run for Palestine.
Sesame and I managed 2 laps, but it was so hot.
Followed by bubble tea for Sesame.
There was a fresh juice stall too. I've never tried sugar cane juice, but the queue was sooooooo long, we just had to leave.

Fermented cashew cheese bites, rolled in herbs, chilli or cumin.....all ready for tomorrow's Summer Solstice Yoga Day Retreat.

Just sampling a little of the desert for tomorrow's Summer Solstice Yoga Day Retreat.
Rose cacao bliss balls with ashwagandha, combined with fresh peppermint and lemon balm nice cream.
Light and delicious.
Vegan and raw.
Hopefully the remainder will last out until tomorrow lunchtime time!

A lovely workshop this evening, creating bottle lanterns to try to bottle this beautiful sunshine.
