The gym is open as normal for whit week!

We also have extra training on Tuesday for our ELITE group and anyone from the advanced class who have entered into the next competitions already.

10am-3pm just £20. Please bring a pack up! X

There’s a few people who have emailed the gym. However, three of the email reply’s (out of the 40+), are failing to send through.

We will be going with an online booking system in the coming months and all the admin will go through that system.

I will be sending the booking details to all current members first, so they have the first choice to book their current class, before it goes live to the world.
