I've been 'thinking' of coaching again and was going through the equipment I have stored away!
Soundsystem is having some repairs done, but couldn't find my 'Mr Motivator' head mic.
Found a microphone though!
With a bit o' bandage and my Zoes expert strapping tehnique, it's now a new fitness session head-mic.
"Push 2 3 4, down 2 3 4, reach 2 3 4"
"You've got this!"
"2 more reps" 🙏🤣😊😜😁😭🎶🎵

It's time folks!
Need to find a 'spot' to re-home and re-start TORNADO KICKBOXING & TORNADO BOXERCISE.
Shared space/premises. An area within another facility. A 'stand-alone building/area.
All possibilities.
It's never a quick or cheap process this, but got to start somewhere!
Ideas, thoughts, contacts very welcome.
The 'virus' malarky finished us off, but there will be a way back.
West Hull area preferred. 1500 - 2000 Sq.ft manageable - depending!!
We are predominantly a Martial Arts & Fitness based club.
Eventually, we would have a Boxing ring in the space. Supports/steelwork for 15 - 20 punch bags. A storage area for equipment and Bag-trolleys. Ultimately, a martial arts matted training area.
Adequate car parking is essential. 25 - 30 extra cars just for our sessions.
Patience is a virtue!
Some suggestions may just not be possible logistically or financially, but it doesn't mean the idea is not gratefully received or explored.
