I am SO excited to host this day retreat! This beauty of a day will be jam-packed with everything to get yourself back to yourself!

Jon will be joining me to teach on this lovely day, he'll be leading you through a Power Vinyasa, with the purpose to build strength and build your technique ☺️ I'll be leading you through Meditation, Pranayama, Cleansing and Philosophy, with an in depth approach to the Yogic and Ayurvedic Philosophy. Everything you need is included in the price.

All you need is yourself and the willingness to surrender ☺️

Back with the stillness, back with the deepening of our concentration and back with the Neti 😍
This practice is a sacred practice, a time to slow down, to reconnect, and to forget about the busy world. This practice is to observe you in the present moment.

Of course, like usual, there are 2 prices -
£24 for the class and the Neti Pot (which is yours to keep)
Or £18 for just the class, if you already have a Neti Pot and are bringing it with you ☺️

There is something so special about strangers chanting and meditating together ♥️
If chanting scares or intimidates you, then please see if you can just once let yourself go and enjoy it, as chanting brings a heightened sense of awareness and a deeper sense of calm. It might feel like you're forcing it for a bit, but that will go, and you will feel calmer at the other side of the threshold ☺️♥️

Let's all cleanse, purify, recharge, and create stillness together. This class is the core of what you are looking for within a Yoga class. I will be taking you through a set of tools to deepen the breath, to ride through the emotions you are experiencing in that moment, and to build acceptance to who you are.

We will be exploring different meditation techniques so you're able to find the right one to fit you.
This class is an opportunity for you to sit with you.

A full deposit is needed for booking a space.
Spaces are limited, so please get in touch to reserve ASAP!

Sunday 21st April - 4:30pm - 6pm
£15 if you already have a Neti Pot.
