Here we go …..

We can now finally announce 📢

Major upgrades incoming over the next 4-8 weeks as we upgrade all our cardio to brand new equipment!

Commercial cardio equipment is not cheap and any upgrade by gyms is a major Investment especially when buying brand new.

✅4 BRAND NEW Treadmills
✅Cross Trainers
✅Bikes
✅New Flooring

But wait ….. there’s more

✅We are also taking the big move of upgrading half our dumbbell rack to brand new equipment, we currently go up to a huge 75kg in dumbbells and are upgrading all from 2.5kg to 40kg

And

✅NEW fixed barbells in straight and New Ez barbells.

Other big changes incoming is our door system as we move towards an app bases system over the next few months but we will let you know more about that closer to the date.

There is some big projects running in the background with some new brands also including a few further big announcements.

Completed it …..

Was a big year also a tough one, still put an incredible 9 new machines in and introduced a large amount of stock to our members.

We’ve had the best members over the year and wish to thank all for the respect they have for the place keeping it tidy etc but also giving the place such a great atmosphere, it’s truly refreshing that everyday becomes a laugh and banter session and the more that get involved the better.

Didn’t get a second site over the line, could give many excuses why and rant for hours but sometimes you got to go with your gut feeling it’s that simple!

The gym now is unreal and the feedback we get from those travelling to the place is always positive it’s great to hear that the hard work has been worth it.

2026… I’d like to say big plans but for the first time in 6 years there’s no plan yet however I’ll be personally taking a back seat for a while but have the best team taking the business into 2026 with the highest of standards and service continuing.

Thank you for your loyalty and continued business we will always give the best value for money and deals - fact.
