Ironman Austria 2013 @ 9hrs 35min

Ironman Austria 2014 @ @ 9hrs 04min (including fastest marathon spilt out of 4000 athletes of 2hrs 54min)

Six years ago, this picture was taken when I dieted for 5 months to get in the best shape possible for my 3️⃣0️⃣th birthday.

Also, I was going to Ibiza to participate in a week-long of partying 🎉🍹😎

I got down 6% body fat at 93kg

Four years till I do it all again for my 40th, followed by a week's holiday in the countryside with Ralph 🐶😂

Oh damn, I was so wrong; it wasn’t like that. It was like being punched 50 times all over in just a short 30 seconds.⁣

My Leg straps came loose, and I ended up giving .ali kicks to the face and a mouth full of blood from biting his lip.⁣

He shouldn’t have gobbed off to me, should he. That will teach him 😂⁣
