Us Mums Hull

Pre & Post Natal based physical activity & emotional wellbeing programme across the city of Hull. How to access Us Mums programme? Some are free!

Us Mums programme is a physical activity & emotional wellbeing initiative for new and expectant mums, based across the city of Hull and delivered by the Healthy Lifestyles Team, Hull City Council. With different activities, such as fitness sessions, relaxation and meditation, chat groups for mums, we are striving to increase physical activity levels & improve women's emotional wellbeing during thi

s unique life stage. The fitness sessions are delivered by fully qualified Level 3 Pre and Post Natal instructors. Please register with your local Children's Centre and join our private Us Mums Hull Facebook group. Where can you access the sessions? Us Mums activities are delivered from local Children's Centres, leisure centres, local parks, community venues across the city. These are low cost, with most of these ranging from £1 to £2 per session. Please drop us a message if you have any questions.
