Christmas is quickly approaching folks so we are looking at dates for our

🎅🏻Christmas spectacular workshop🎅🏻

The workshop will be split into 2:

Acro- 90 minutes
festive inspired Acro balancing that will get your body pumped, flexi and bring plenty of laughter. We have lovingly put together poses and sequences that are inspired by all things Christmassy! So get your jingle jangle bootys there...with bells on!

Thai yoga massage-90 minutes
We all know how hectic the Christmas season can be so this will be a luscious treat for your body and mind. This will be a whole workshop focused on Thai yoga massage so be ready to lap it up whilst getting extra flexi in the process.

Both workshops will be run back to back and really compliment each other. We can run the workshops either;

Friday 4th December 6pm-9pm
Or
Sunday 13th December 10am-1pm
