What a way to finish training this week with our Parents vs Kids match! ⚽️👏

There were plenty of laughs, lots of effort, and a few parents quickly realising they’re not as fit as they used to be! 😅 The kids absolutely loved it and, as always, gave everything from start to finish.

A great atmosphere, great memories, and a brilliant reminder of what grassroots football is all about.

After watching tonight, I think a Mums’ Charity Match could definitely be on the cards again this year… 👀⚽️

Our first tournament of the summer is done… ⚽️

A huge well done to all the Warriors today.

With a depleted squad due to illness, players stepped into different positions and put in some big minutes throughout the day. The Warriors showed great character, worked hard for each other, and never gave up.

Losing just one game ,drawing 3 and winning one was a fantastic effort. Although we had a lull in the second game and a few lapses in concentration, there were plenty of positives to take away.

Most importantly, the Warriors enjoyed themselves, played with smiles on their faces, and made some great memories.

Heads high, Warriors. We live, we learn, and we go again.

Next stop: 12th July 💙⚽️

What a group of kids the Sproatley Warriors are 💙🤍

After a few setbacks along the way, they’ve gone on to have their best season yet — finishing top of the league fixtures with the most games won and securing promotion. As coaches, we honestly couldn’t be prouder of them all. Their attitude, effort, and teamwork this season have been brilliant from start to finish.

A big thank you as well to all the parents and supporters for everything you do week in, week out. The support the kids get on the sidelines never goes unnoticed.

We’ve still got a few tournaments left before the summer before attention turns to pre-season and preparing for football in a higher division next season.

We’re also actively recruiting new players, so if your child is looking to join a great group of kids and be part of a brilliant team, please get in touch.
