We've really been focusing on takeaways this week. But what is your go to 'fakeaway'?
Check out this super delicious and nutritious BBQ seasoned butternut squash, sweet potato and cashew nut burger!
It really doesn't take many cooking skills to make and is easy for even the newest of chefs! Follow the pictures in order to see the process!
You don't need a blender, just squish and mix the roasted butternut squash, sweet potato, bread crumbs, red onion and bbq seasoning together. From here just form in to balls and press down!
❗️Roast butternut and sweet potato for 25 minutes
❗️Use a tea spoon of olive oil to fry or use fry light
💡 If you wish, you can coat burgers in flour then milk then flour again to help it become crispy (I used plant based milk). Or you can just coat with flour and no extras to reduce calories
