Hall Road Rangers U12’s Girls welcomed Kingswood Ambers U12’s Girls to our home site this morning and Rangers were absolutely outstanding and put in one of their best performances of the season to win the game 6-0!
Rangers scored early through left winger Darcy who played out of her skin today, Darcy burst into the box to finish hard and low into the bottom corner to give Rangers a 1-0 lead.
Midway through the first half Darcy doubled her tally with another superb finish into the bottom corner to make it 2-0 going into the half time break!
The game got underway for the second half with Rangers playing some neat football which saw Darcy go through on goal and this time she sealed her hat-trick with a shot she hit into the roof of the net to make it 3-0!
Rangers right winger, Layla was excellent in the second half and dribbled the ball down the right wing and into the box before playing a perfect pass to Rangers Captain, Viki who made no mistake from close range to score to make it 4-0 Rangers!
Next up our versatile Bella, picked up the ball on the half way line and showed tremendous pace, strength and ball control to hold off 2-3 Kingswood players as she muscled her way into the penalty box before striking the ball cleanly with her left foot to see it crash into the back of the net for 5-0!
Rangers kept up the pressure in the blistering sun and forced a succession of corner. One of the corners was played in well by Eden with power and pace into the centre of box which saw the ball fly into the back of the net off a Kingswood players to end the game 6-0 to Rangers!
The Rangers Girls are in fine form of late and keep pushing towards finishing the season strong with 3 league games to go!
Collectively todays performance was one of the best Rangers Girls have played all season to scored 6 great goals and keep the clean sheet.
From back to front the whole squad of players were superb!
Jess in goal was there when called upon, Eden defended well along with Luna, Connie & Alyssia.
The midfielders battled hard to win the ball and create chances for the the strikers, in midfield there was strong performances from Captain Viki, Wiktoria, Brooke, Ella, Layla, Darcy and Lexi!
Up front Evie was very good and had a number of good efforts on goal!

Luna was solid at the heart of the Rangers defence today and never missed a tackle, was strong, calm and composed on the ball and played it forward into good areas to her team mates! Well played Luna!

Darcy was on fire 🔥 today and gave an unbelievable performance today! Darcy got the game going with a very well taken opening goal and went on to net 2 more to score a fantastic hat-trick. Darcy showed rapid pace down the left wing and was very difficult for the opposition to handle today! Well played Darcy you were simply superb today!
