Thursday night run furthest I’ve ever ran and my god I’m still feeling it a little today😂, sometimes you’ve got to just put yourself in an uncomfortable situation to see how far you can mentally push yourself💯.

We learn to adapt in difficult times, I will be offering my 1-1 pt sessions outside everyday during lockdown apart from weekends💪🏼 brilliant space near the deep and all equipment is cleaned thoroughly after each use.
